The more we spend time ruminating on the future or the past, the harder it is to be in the best position to deal with life’s challenges.
Instead of believing we will hear from God at any time, perhaps we should recite this: “I hear from God when I am quiet enough to listen.”
Mindfulness is the past decade’s biggest fad in positive psychology and wellbeing. It’s great for those for whom it works, but.. it’s not for everyone.
